GEMSS, a discipleship ministry that caters to the needs of women of suffering from domestic issues, foundational despair and spiritual hunger. The goal of this ministry is to organize and establish the mission of GEMSS Ministry: To reach - by surveying women in their area of need. To teach - in corporate ministries that will include opening prayer, worship and praise, ministry message and healing worship. To touch - individualized care for the spirit and souls of women through care groups (continuing after corporate ministry.) To develop - mentoring women to become successful disciples of Christ. To mobilize - women to lead and impact their world. Within our vision there is a place of refuge to pursue God's presence and connect with other women to rediscover their value, and to impact their world as GEMSS of excellence. "The Lord our God will save us on that day as the flock of his people. We will sparkle in HIS land like jewels in a crown. How attractive and beautiful we will be, " Zec 9:16-17 
To operate a ministry that assists women in their area of need by empowering them through the Word and the love of God for victorious living in the kingdom. O storm-battered city, troubled and desolate! I will rebuild you on a foundation of sapphires and make the walls of your houses from precious jewels. I will make your towers of sparkling rubies and your gates and walls of shining GEMSS. Isaiah 54:11-12 
A place of refuge for women to pursue God's presence, to connect with other women to rediscover their value, and to impact their world as GEMSS of excellence. "She that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in Him will I trust." Psalm 91:1-2 
To reach, teach, touch, develop and mobilize women to rebuild their foundations to wholeness and become successful disciples of Christ. "The Lord is close to the broken hearted; He rescues those who are crushed in spirit." |
