Belinda Rowe is the Founder/CEO of Gem§ (God Empowering and Mobilizing with Steadfast Success), a ministry dedicated to reaching, teaching, touching, developing and mobilizing women to rebuild their foundations to a place of wholeness and becoming disciples of Christ. This ministry was birthed through the various healings she has experienced from the Lord, and the subsequent heart-felt desire and gift to care for the broken hearted. She has been healed of a heart condition (that she was born with) at the age of 45. She's been healed from the pain of scoliosis and fusion of many vertebras with extra bones in her neck from birth; she was told that she would possibly never walk again if she had surgery (she does not take walking lightly and walks proud). In her mid-thirties she was diagnosed with asthma and placed on medication. Today she is no longer on medication and is over- joyed with the breath of life the Lord has given her. From birth, she was predominately deaf in her left ear and had several failed ear surgeries; the Lord has given her bionic hearing, many decibels above the normal hearing range. She has had several surgeries due to the many, many female challenges in her early years. Doctors constantly attempted to convince her to remove everything in her early child-bearing years; today she has every internal organ God created her to have. Today she's completely healed!
Her unwavering love for God and her passion to care for His people has led her to teach and speak at various Churches, Women’s Ministries, and Bible Studies. She has led a Women’s Ministry for God’s “Proverbs 31 Woman” and a “Motherless Daughters Ministry.” She's a mentor for young ladies 12-18 years of age in the “David & Margaret Home” in La Verne, CA and has ministered and counseled women 18 years and older at the “Walter Hoving Home” in Pasadena, CA. Each woman receives an abundance of the Lord’s presence from her teaching and mentorship. She is a vigilant studier of God’s word; she dwells in the secret place of the Lord and Psalm 91 is her insurance policy. She has several years of Ministerial / Leadership Training and experience. Kingdom University is the most revolutionary institution of higher learning; training ambassadors to impact the world for Christ. She is an ambassador, a graduate of Kingdom University, certified and taught to empower individuals to maximize their potential in fulfilling kingdom purposes.

Her life as a servant of God – caring for the welfare of others – began at the early age of seven with the sudden death of her mother. Evident from childhood to adulthood, her life reflects God’s love, wisdom and healing power, which prepared her for the mighty call upon her life.
